                                                 Interlude Spa Wellness Program     

1.) What is the Wellness Program?
At Interlude Spa, we believe massage isn't pampering. It is self-care. The Wellness Program helps the client to make massage part of their routine by offering services at a discount when the client agrees to have a monthly, standing appointment.

2.) What if I am too busy to get a massage one month?
No worries! If you are unable to come in and get your monthly service, that service rolls over to the next month.​

3.) So, I could have multiple massages to use the next month?
Correct. Your unused services accumulate. You can either use the extra service yourself or gift the service to someone else.

​4.) What if I usually get more than one massage a month?
As a member, you can purchase unlimited additional services at the discounted member price.

5.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept auto-debit, or cash or check payments the day of service.
If cash or check is the form of payment used and the client does not come in for their service that month, payment must be turned in by the 25th of the month.
-Unable to come by to deposit your cash or check payment?
We can send you an invoice via email or you can call us and we can process the payment with a debit/credit card.

6.) Can I bring in a friend?
You can share your benefits with any member of your household unlimited times per month. Additionally, you may bring in one guest per month at your member price.

7.) What if I am going to be absent for a month or so? Like to go on vacation or an injury?

The Wellness Program has a “Freeze” option where you put your account on hold so that an EFT isn’t made. (If client if using auto-debit as the form of payment.)
You can freeze your account for up to 90 days with a maximum of two times per year.

8.) What happens when I cancel my enrollment?
There are two options when you choose to cancel your membership.
   a.) Upon notice of cancellation, you can choose to be charged one final service
   b.) You may cancel the same day the notice is received.

9.) What happens to any accumulated services when I end my Wellness Program?

Upon cancellation, any unused services will expire after 90 days.

​10.) NO fees?!
None! The only thing you are paying for is your monthly service. There is no fee to be enrolled in the program, no fee to begin or end your enrollment in the program, and no fee to freeze your enrollment.The only thing any client can receive a fee for is inadequate funds or a same day cancellation fee. 

The Wellness Program was designed to be simple and risk free. With no fees to begin or end, coming in for a routine massage has never been easier.

Termination and Modification
Interlude Spa may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Wellness Program Agreement at any time, including the increase of member price. Interlude Spa will notify the member via the member’s email on file a minimum of 30 days before the change is made. Interlude Spa may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Wellness Program for breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions
• The wellness program is on a month-to-month, pre-paid, standing appointment basis (scheduled at the client’s convenience), unless cancellation notice has been received.
• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment in wellness program. Cancellation will occur on the 30th day after receipt of written notification. If the billing day is within the 30-day window, you will be charged for that month’s service. No refunds or fee proration shall be made.
Upon cancellation, unused services will expire after 90 days. Client reserves the right to cancel the same day notice is received,
• You may freeze your account for up to 90 consecutive days with a maximum of two times per year. Written notice is required and must be received 10-days before the next billing cycle (e.g. the 1st or 15th of the month).
During a freeze, member may receive accumulated services but may not utilize other wellness benefits such as spa package discounts or bringing a guest in at member price; etc.
• Members are given the option of making their payments via cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Credit/Debit: Payments are automatically withdrawn (recurring billing) with a valid, current credit or debit card. Member shall provide Interlude Spa with valid credit or debit card information. Interlude Spa shall protect the privacy of member information. A $10 fee will be applied for each credit or debit card charge denial. It is up to the member to maintain adequate account balances and current credit or debit card information. Interlude Spa reserves the right to terminate contract if valid credit or debit card information is not provided.
Checks: A $30 fee will be applied for a bounced check.
If payment is made via cash or check, and client does not come in for their monthly service, payment must be made by the 25th. If payment is not made by the last day of the month, a $15 fee will be applied.
• No sexual conduct or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, as well as termination of membership. All unused spa credits will be void. Other penalties may apply.
• Wellness Program is non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Member is responsible for scheduling all spa appointments. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 4-hr notice is required. If 4-hr notice is not given, the spa credit is automatically withdrawn and the session is deemed used.
• You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled member service price.
• Late arrival for your appointment could result in a shortened spa service equal to that amount of time. For example, arriving 15 minutes late for a 60-minute treatment may result in a 45-minute service.
• Gratuity is encouraged for your individual service provider(s) and is not included in your discounted rate.
